Description (Ashlyn Swihart is the Visual Art teacher at Knott County Central High School in Hindman, KY.  In the interview, she discusses what it was like when schools shut down in March 2020 due to the pandemic, and some of the challenges that that created for her as a teacher.  She also discusses what the new 2020 Fall semester has been like, and how she has adjusted to teaching virtually.  In addition, she talks about Knott County’s designation as a “red level” county and how that has affected plans to return to in-person learning.
