In 1855, John Fee founded the town of Berea and its college to educate blacks and whites, men and women, together. Throughout Berea’s history, intense opposition to Fee’s mission and message have been present in the community and surrounding area. “One Blood” delves into the systems of racism that still exist in the town of Berea today.
