Description
Ann Bradley, Letcher County extension agent and founder of the Pine Mountain Crafts Cooperative, joins a cast of quilters, woodworkers, basket makers and luthiers from across the region to talk about their work and what the co-op has meant for them and their communities. Soon after its formation, the co-op seems to have grown to play a vital role in the area it serves. From helping artisans in honing their craft to providing an avenue for the marketing of their work, these artisans see the Pine Mountain Crafts Cooperative as playing an integral part in preserving and passing down their mountain heritage.
