The Bluegrass Meditations are a bluegrass ensemble. Members included Jeff Dalton on mandolin, Randy Dalton on guitar, Bobby Dalton on banjo, and Ray Hoskins on bass.

Recordings for the 1982 release JA040, Precious Memories, were recorded by Jeff Kiser and Gary Slemp at GDS Productions in Wise, Virginia. "Will the Circle Be Unbroken," "Gone Home," "When We All Get to Heaven," and "Precious Memories" were recorded by Jeff Kiser and John Duty at Mountain Recordings in Whitesburg, Kentucky. The release was produced by Pat Martin and Jeff Kiser.

This audio collection consists of 1/2-inch recordings, ¼-inch production masters, and vinyl production masters.
