Description
Kentucky college students talk about how the Covid-19 pandemic effected their school year. They describe losing work study jobs, difficulties of trying to do schoolwork at home, social isolation, and the prospect of schools re-opening. The interviews are interspersed with Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear’s press conferences announcing Covid-19 cases and deaths in Kentucky. Produced as part of the series A Mask on the Mountains: Dimensions of Covid-19 in Appalachia, a project of Appalshop's Appalachian Media Institute.
